What’s the best part about being involved with the NYTA?
I love the mission of making the NYC tech ecosystem inclusive for all. We celebrate diversity (as NYC does!), and the organization is at the heart of grassroots efforts promoting technology to individuals and communities.
Why is the NYC area a great place for tech businesses?
It is filled with talented and diverse individuals who are great potential employees. Its condensed metropolitan area makes it easy to test and roll out products. There’s also an energy and determination to succeed which can’t be quantified or easily matched!
What was the first piece of technology that had an impact on your life?
I remember technology in my childhood toys like Simon, Battleship, and Teddy Ruxpin.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
“If you don’t ask, the answer is always no.”
